I’m Ashley Gorman, a Licensed Massage Therapist with five years of professional experience.
I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts, an institution recognized for more than 35 years of excellence in massage therapy education.
I am highly compassionate toward individuals living with chronic pain and complex conditions, and I am committed to providing evidence-informed, therapeutic care. My primary specialization is neuromuscular massage therapy (NMT) — a focused modality that targets muscle imbalance, tension, and nerve irritation. I have found NMT to be one of the most effective approaches for addressing both multifaceted pain presentations and common musculoskeletal complaints.
Each treatment session is tailored to the patient’s unique needs, with the goal of reducing discomfort, improving function and mobility, restoring balance, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes.”

Iliana is a highly skilled and experienced licensed massage therapist with a strong focus on medical massage. A 2015 graduate of the Hands on Therapy Institute in Mesquite, Texas, Iliana has dedicated her career to advanced training and specialized techniques aimed at injury rehabilitation and pain management. Iliana’s expertise includes a comprehensive approach to tailored sessions, utilizing advanced modalities such as Cupping, Graston Technique, Kinesio Taping, and Neuromuscular Massage. This diverse skill set allows Iliana to address a wide range of chronic pain issues and injuries effectively. She is committed to creating personalized treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs, helping them achieve lasting relief and improved function.

As a massage therapist, I’m passionate about helping my clients find relief from chronic pain and muscle tension. With a focus on neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, and cupping, I use a variety of advanced techniques to help alleviate and minimize discomfort. My goal is to help you feel better, whether it is due to chronic pain, injury or the need for relaxation.
I received my Massage and Neuromuscular certification in 2001 from The Center for Advanced Therapeutics in Denver.
